On 29/9/2023 the Special Court(POCSO), Kamrup (Metro) convicted Manish Sikdar, S/O Manmohan Sikdar R/O Sankar Dev Housing Colony Society, P.S. Jalukbari Dist: Kamrup(M) and sentenced him to *Rigorous imprisonment of 10 years and fine of ₹ 20,000/-*…

1/4 & to undergo Simple Imprisonment for another 3 months in case of default in paying the fine in connection with Jalukbari PS Case No. 1387/2018 under Section 6 of POCSO Act.

Case was registered on 08/10/2018 & after completion of investigation the charge sheet was submitted
