We would be happy to open a 'Small Account' as per section 23 of the Master Direction - Know Your Customer (KYC) Direction 2016 as updated on April 20, 2018 (available on RBI website) (1/5) @cinemaausher that permit banks to open 'Small Account' of individual customers who do not have Aadhaar/enrolment number and PAN and desire to open a bank account.
