My daughter, one of my demon offspring who've been my jailers for the past almost THREE FREAKING WEEKS took me to a McDonald's drive-thru.

When I heard the news of A ROAD TRIP, I was so happy I peed a little. After I changed clothes and put on full makeup we were IN THE CAR for the 11 and a 1/2 minute drive. I had my masked nose pressed against the window, peering out into the now foreign world.

So, school starts again in a matter of weeks (yikes!) and you know what that means. I hate to remind you but the awful, awful truth is... there will be a lot more kids we're gonna lose. Yeah. I know. I'm a bitch for even saying it. But you know damn well I'm not lying.(thread) 1/
And what, you ask, are our leaders doing about this? Not a whole helluva lot, of course. One of their great plans is metal detectors at the entrances. Our schools can't afford printer ink and books but somehow these devices will have to be put into the budgets. Oh, but wait... 2/
