TRIGGER WARNING:
During my time when I worked for the Labour Party, prior to my suspension there was only ONE NEC Sexual Harassment panel in 2019, dealing with SH cases.
From 2020 we had weekly panels dealing with Antisemitism and ‘other protected characteristics’ cases. 1/7
The Sexual Harassment panel in 2019 can be perceived as politically motivated, in terms of its timing, though the sanctions & penalties were proportionate.
The failure here is that serious complaints of rape, sexual violence & harassment need to be the absolute priority. 2/7

For all those asking, I promise I will try to get back to you all but here’s a few answers.
I’m currently not working, I haven’t been able to due to the detrimental impact to my mental health throughout this whole process - and also pursuing legal action. 🧵[1/7]
No doubt taking things further by whistleblowing, has also damaged future career prospects. I know those of you have expressed love and kindness have raised this with me.

Sienna did not talk to me about using my identity or even for my opinion. A group of white powerful “lefties” did. 1/5

I tried everything I could internally under the left and the right to raise concerns about what was happening in there.
I was leading a team of investigators, when I instructed the team to look at the whole of Newham 🧵1/4

To provide a thorough report on the wrongful decision to suspend Newham, by considering the allegations submitted by those named and stalked in the dossier.
