You would naturally reply by saying, neither, coz gender doesn't apply to inanimate objects.
This is not some complex philosophical theory. It's common sense.
Similarly when speaking about Allah SWT, to ask whether He is INβ¬οΈ or OUTβ¬οΈ of his creation is nonsense, because IN & OUT are characteristics of finite, limited, bodies, & Allah is neither finite, nor limited, nor a body.
