1- Blood pressure claim: LD has cited a 2021 meta-study by Cochrane Hypertension Group which finds insufficient evidence of Hibiscus’ qualities against Hyper-Tension.
Well, that is one ‘insufficient evidence’.
However multiple peer-reviewed papers actually conclude Hibiscus’ qualities as anti-hyper tension

Multiple news channels - @WIONews, @htTweets, @DeccanChronicle, @abplive and Karnataka Health Minister @dineshgrao have reported that Indian delicacy #PaniPuri has carcinogenic items.

What they do not tell is – the same identical ingredients are found in dozens of products by MNCs, their biggest advertisers! 2- The ingredients in question are 3 dyes – Tartrazine (E 102), Brilliant Blue, and Rhodamine-B. The news outlets claim that these ingredients were found in samples tested from Pani Puri from Bangalore.
