Over 5+ years of working with brands to get theirs right, I’ve seen most people struggle with:

🔸Too much detail
🔸No priorities
🔸A ‘spray and pray’ attitude to content
🔸It’s properly boring
🔸Imposter syndrome

So it’s not WHAT you do & WHEN (that’s a content plan).

Strategy is HOW you do what you do, & WHY you do it that way.

If doesn’t let you adapt & evolve as you go, it’s not a strategy.
