LA City Council just voted to keep rents high again.

Here's what went down. ⬇️ Image LA's political establishment has been allowing LA's housing crisis--its absurd rents, displacement, homelessness--to rage uncontrolled for so long the state's been cracking down.

They passed SB79 to take the basic step of legalizing apartments near train stations statewide.
