Mark Carney‘a idiot finance bro personality on full display today with the announcement that Canada will “recognize” a “Palestinian state”. He says “prospects for a two state solution” have been eroded by Hamas “terrorism” and its “rejection of a two-state solution”. As everyone with half a brain knows, Hamas has accepted a two state solution for years. Israel has been the one and only obstacle. Carney does not have half a brain so he does not know this.

The story of the Phoenix Foundation’s attempt to colonize Vanuatu in the late 70s (and other places before that) is really interesting, nice to see someone write about it. The Jacobin piece doesn’t get into some of the details so here goes a thread:
