Colorado's @CHCPF --responsible for administering Medicaid to over 1.2 million people in Colorado--were just exposed by @America1stLegal for lacking evidence supporting AG Phil Weiser's lawsuit designed to block @HHSGov from sharing Medicaid data with immigration enforcement authorities. In a blow to Colorado AG Weiser's lawsuit, a federal judge ruled Monday that @HHSGov is permitted to share data with immigration officials, but only "the immigrant’s citizenship and immigration status, address, phone number, date of birth, and Medicaid ID.”
