Until last April, Peter Jugis was the bishop of Charlotte, appointed in 2003 under JPII. He is considered "conservative" and TLM-friendly, so the Catholic religion was allowed to grow, esp. after Summorum Pontificum, a document from another "conservative/TLM friendly" prelate...
