There were times when I envied the top students in my class. "How come they are so good?" "I could never compete with them."

The situation was so bleak that the future appeared completely dark.

Toxic habits that remain unacknowledged:

Habit of overthinking
Habit of talking too much. 
Habit of debating irrelevant things.

Habit of maintaining status quo.

This is the most important step in changing any habit.

During IIT days, while I used to wake up at around 5 am, many friends used to go to sleep at that time.

I maintained self-discipline and built good habits in those four years.

Consistency = self-discipline + Purpose

In my IIT days, sleepless nights due to anxiety were common. Once, during exams, I couldn't sleep until 3 am, leading to a visit to the doctor at 4 am.
