During IIT days, while I used to wake up at around 5 am, many friends used to go to sleep at that time.
I maintained self-discipline and built good habits in those four years.

In my IIT days, sleepless nights due to anxiety were common. Once, during exams, I couldn't sleep until 3 am, leading to a visit to the doctor at 4 am.
Over time, I have found a hack to anxiety.
