If you read Valmiki Ramayana, you’ll see that Sītā was 18 years old when she went into exile with Rāma. And before the exile she had spent 12 years with Rāma in the house of King Dashratha.

So, Sītā at the time of exile was 18 years old, and spent 12 years in the house of King Dashratha.
Maths:
18-12=6.
Thus we conclude that Sītā at the time of her marriage was 6 years old. The age difference between Rama and Sita was 7 years.
