Day 3: Judicial Review of the Palestine Action ban

I will be posting live updates on this thread throughout the final day of the legal challenge against the Palestine Action ban.

Today will start with arguments from the Home Secretary's legal team. 'Sir' James Eadie KC cites case law and says that the duty to consult depends on the context and the facts.

This is in reference to Ground 8 of our case, which is a procedural point that the state failed to consult Palestine Action before proscription.
