Day 2: Judicial Review of the Palestine Action ban

I will be live posting as best I can to share what is happening in the court room.

Today starts with Raza Husain KC, on behalf of myself. To argue the ban is disproportionate in relation to discrimination, an extra point to a ground won in a pre-hearing last week, Husain explains the chilling effect on freedom of speech for Palestinians specifically.
