Didn't get the job at Panda Express😄but I'm gonna show you real quick how to make a sweet chili sauce, but better. I'll even put it up against theirs. 🧵👇 Image You can do this a lot of ways, but here's one:
- 4-5 Small sweet red or mild peppers (I add in a few Thai hot chilis from my back yard, but it's not necessary)
-6-7 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup water
- Blend just until you have a paste. Don't over mix. Image

-1 lemon (with zest) for every 2 servings. These are from my garden, so I don't need to scrub them, but you might want to.
-Fresh mint
-Freshly grated Pecorino Romano and /or Parmigiano Reggiano
-Pasta ( I suggest thin long noodles and not a pasta with a lot of ridges. I'm using Bucatini.
