In the previous week I've encountered with 3 events deeply related next topic.
In 3 Asian companies feminists were fired by the demand and protest of young men because they wrote (soft) feminist posts in social media.
Now randomply articles about that:
npr.org/2022/12/03/113… In China, Japan and Korea in last decade, women are feeling decline in rights, even thought some laws are trying to fix the situation.
The epidemics of hidden camera's in changing rooms and public toilets, the epidemics of groping in public transport.
Etc.

Today I was reading some old Soviet laws, while searching more about "tax for not having kids",& found out that I had a misconception about "everyone received passport & stopped being serf in 1974".
Thread 🧵 in details about it & about my family's & my personal experience with it In reality in 1974 it was a law that was saying: "Kolkhoz members and villagers in general must now all receive passports. However, their ability to work in cities/towns will be limited to prevent mass migration".
So they were able to change job & move from one village to another.

@fem_mb I see this pattern so much in anti-grassroots movements supporter by big corporations & governments + also in TRA and MRA movements as well.

Steps in this pattern are:

1. Appropriate word or slur that is borderline with needed description of grassroots movement members.

1/x
@fem_mb 2. Expand meaning of that word or slur to include more (aka "now women with PCOS and LOAH are also intersex (instead of DSD)" or "now some men are also women-gender (instead of women-sex)" or "now some heterosexual are also queer (instead of homosexual)".

@DuncanHenry78 My conversion therapy 30+ years ago ended exactly like that - "maybe you are just a man?" and putting me on testosterone.
It started with some "date a boy", then "maybe you like femininity, not female? Date a feminine boy". Then some medication and psychiatry. Then "transition". @DuncanHenry78 And it all was also self-inflicted.
I lived in a country with a very strict censorhip, anti-gay laws and big homophobia.
So I did not know woman can be with a woman, and even if I did - I'd be afraid of reaction of people around.
So I said to doctors "something is wrong with me".

Recent "I am so joyful" with sad and almost crying face by Page reminded me about how it all started. How the fact that she is lesbian ruined her career, how she was all the time harassed for being lesbian on the stage, & how told her "it would be better if you was straight". /1 And it began from the very start of her career. Sexual harassment and inapropriate comments.
Force to "look feminine", because "only lesbians or failed women can look butch or wear manly cloths". And it lasted for almost 5 years in start of her career. /2

"Feminism focusing women" is no longer needed libfems said, women are completely equal with men they said.
It is 5th multibillion company in last 2 years with such corporate culture... except this time with deaths.
Feminism is needed like never before.

kotaku.com/activision-bli… And looks like investigation was for more than 2 years. And police tried to work it out, to fix the issue, but nothing was changing, it even became just worse. So women said "enough" and sued.
