This week is the 13th🎂anniversary🎂of the Supreme Court’s Citizens United decision, when a bare majority of 5 justices claimed the Constitution requires us to allow unlimited spending on elections. 1/10 The Court: Since independent spending can’t possibly lead to corruption and all sources of money will be disclosed, everything will be fine.
