Nigerian restaurants putting dry ice into drinks are gonna fuck around and accidentally kill somebody.

The worst part is chances are no one will know what exactly killed them. It’ll just be one of those “he slumped and died” stories. The problem isn’t using dry ice in cocktail, the problem is not informing your customers that the ice needs to sublimate completely (turns back to gas) before drinking.

A small chunk of dry ice can cause burns similar to frostbite in your digestive tract.
