Nigerian restaurants putting dry ice into drinks are gonna fuck around and accidentally kill somebody.
The worst part is chances are no one will know what exactly killed them. It’ll just be one of those “he slumped and died” stories.
The problem isn’t using dry ice in cocktail, the problem is not informing your customers that the ice needs to sublimate completely (turns back to gas) before drinking.
A small chunk of dry ice can cause burns similar to frostbite in your digestive tract.

I’m gonna share how impostor syndrome made me miss chances. I’ve shared before but I’ll share again.
2019, a Nigerian company invited me to accompany them to a London for Advertising week. And I went cause why not?
The day I land I’m invited for the opening dinner.
It’s probably fifty people max. Four chairmen of advertising week; Europe, Australia, New York(America) and Africa (the guys who invited me), a ton of people in high places, a couple of celebs… listen I was like “Why am I in this room currently?”
