My husband knows I to to the bathroom and I come out looking and feeling better. Thats it. I like to keep it that way as much as possible

This is a Regina King appreciation tweet!
Regina King has been acting in blockbusters longer than Tom Brady has been winning Super Bowls
From hoes to housewives, crazies to sharks, cops to criminals, she has done it with grace, style and all while looking within 3 years of 26
I don't do this a lot but I simply love this woman. She is well-spoken, passionate, and talented - a true role model to any girl or woman out there. She always seems like she loves her job and she always makes the role

Four mistakes people make when Cycle Syncing:
Treating every period the same
After a couple of months, I was sick of taking so much time off. So now I switch it up. I will have a period where I shun everything for three days and just go over notes, dig deeper into spiritual practices, and walk or stretch.

Tips to, not survive, but thrive during your period:
Create some rules and rituals
Save some special things for your moon time. Wear your favorite sweatshirt - not the rattiest one, but the one that feels like a hug when you wear it.
watch TV all day and in bed, indulge a bit, get that expensive snack you like, light incense..

Why should women cycle sync?
Vigilantly staying on track is harmful to your self-esteem and mental health. Itβs not cool to feel like a failure. Never giving yourself a break or flexibility will lead to subpar performance and burnout on a macro scale.
On a micro-scale, you will just feel like you are failing every month when your period comes around. It's silly to deny biology over and over again.

Wanna grow your glutes?
Hip thrust, hip thrust, hip thrust
The hip thrust is your friend. Yes, itβs weird to hump the gym but who cares. OWN IT. This is the single most effective move to glow your glutes.
Thrust with dumbbells, barbells, machines, bands, single leg, double leg, hold it for 5 seconds, double pump, release slowly, on a ball, on a bench on the floor. Thrust all over the place and own it.

Wanna grow your glutes?
Pay attention to positioning
The positioning of your feet during movements like lunges, squats, and sumo deadlifts will dictate whether your movements are quad or glute dominant do pay close attention to it.
To hit the glutes in lunges, lean and walk in a forward position. Your torso should not be moving upright but moving/leaning forward. With squats, usually a wider stance and pushing through the heel will make it more glute dominant.

Wanna grow your glutes?
Hit it three times a week
The training rule is that if you want to get better at something, train it two to three times a week. Being such a large group of muscles, training the gluts three times a week is very easy to do.
If your training splits allow only twice a week for glute training, that is fine as long as you hit the glutes really hard.

The training method to avoid injury and to look super fit is one and the same. Truly athletic people have an amazingly build posterior chain.
what most gym-goers suffer from is The Mirror Body: the body that looks good from the front but is pretty saggy and puffy from the back.
This comes from an underdeveloped posterior chain and too man ab exercises.
Without proper instruction most will press a weight overhead and keep the center of the weight mass in front of the mid-line in their body.

When I was about 13 years old, I started running every Sunday. I played Water Polo twice a week on the co-ed teem for my jr. high school, but I also just started running on my own every Sunday in the late afternoon.
I ran down to my high school and back.
My dad told us it was only a mile so we should be able to walk to school or take the bus (for the first time in my life I just googled it and no, it is 2.6 miles. Thanks dad). Anyway, the task was: to the school and back. I had no training, no music and no goal outside of that.

These are exactly the divine feminine gifts: to receive, to love, to create and to see.
We lose this discussion in talks about modern women. It makes me sad. These are our gifts.
But also the ability to receive divine insight and love from out creator and the world around us has been ignored. The polarity or our whole body is a conduit for assimilating information and energy.

No apologies, no explanations, no complaints
I bring this up because women are often EXPECTED to participate in such behavior.
How many times have you turned down an invitation to a party only to fill the silence after with an explanation of your weekend plans.
How often have you apologized for simply existing and reaching in the cheese aisle at the store?
How many time have you shown up late with apologies and explanations instead of a very polite, short and professional "Thank you for waiting."

"No apologies, no explanations, no complaints"
This means, Kate Moss never says sorry for anything. No "sorry, I'm late." No "sorry, I need to get by." No "sorry" for anything. She never diminishes her actions by apologizing for them.
If no one was wrong or harmed, no apology is needed.
She give no explanations for her actions or lack of actions. Moss know she doesn't need to explain her motivations because it is literally no ones business. And she certifiable doesn't get bullies into explanations.
While I don't adhere to waiting until married, I have always equated sex with love
This mindset will drastically reduce the number of "complicated/dramatic" relationships
These push/pull, on/off relationships are poison to a hearty and loving soul
Not to mention counter productive and distracting
There is a reason when ever religious text boasts modesty and discernment when choosing a partner:
It is vital to our evolution and integrity

You need to talk to your kids about sex often
It needs to be a comfortable subject in the house
Talk about the emotional, physical, consequential, energetic and moral aspects of it
Sex is not good or bad but it is a big deal
They need to know that
In my family, we talked about sex often. It wasn't a big deal. It would just sometimes come up as conversations professed
This was WAY DIFFERENT from most of my friends who had "THE TALK" once and never discussed it with their parents again
