A short time ago, an explosion tore through an apartment in Moscow, and it is believed the two deceased in the explosion are Igor Kirillov, and his assistant.

The 62 year old was identified by senior law enforcement officials as Weng Sor, according to NBC New York. Officials say Sor was arrested earlier this month in SC for reckless driving, it's possible he had been living in the U-Haul truck.
