I hear a lot from various individuals that sanctions against Russia are not working, that their economy is growing despite our best efforts, that they're still attacking Ukraine, etc. etc. etc. So let's explore.

1) our goal was not to tank Russia's economy per se, but rather to limit Russia's resources to conduct its full-scale invasion of Ukraine. We have done that.
