There’s dangerous delusion among some elites that Uganda is a REPUBLIC, with a people’s gov’t that pretends to adhere to the rule of law & democratic standards. No explanation why Musoke JA, having implicated HB bankers @TropicalBankLtd @OrientBankUG @ubabank & @bankofbaroda in an unconstitutional loan deal, she failed to reverse the deal, demand a refund of taxpayers' money, and impose sanctions against the banks.
