I wish the problem was as simple as a generational detour. It seems that the disruptive powers within our nation realized toying with groups based on generational boundaries tended to be less stickie. A generation is approximately 20 years. There are always several generations that represent blocks of power within our political process. This means that playing games by generations would limit the effect to a quarter or a third of the total population of voting age people.
