NY Gov. Andrew Cuomo sexually harassed several aides, a highly anticipated report released by Attorney General Tish James’ office has found.
The outside investigators hired by James’ office found that Cuomo created a “hostile work environment” “rife with fear and intimidation.”

While you were sleeping, Cuomo and legislative leaders announced a budget agreement that includes congestion pricing, and several new taxes to fund the MTA.
We still don’t know what the cost of the tolls to enter NYC south of 60th street.
A 6 person panel will be charged with advising the TBTA on tolls, exemptions and credits. Tolls will only be charged once a day and implementation will not begin until Dec. 31, 2020, per release
