New emergency rules passed by California’s workplace safety agency will keep a mask requirement at most worksites past June 15. On June 15, workers will be allowed to take their masks off if everyone in a room is vaccinated and doesn’t have COVID-19 symptoms. But if just one person isn’t vaccinated, everyone must wear a mask.

In its appeal, lawyers for Johnson & Johnson claim the judge inadvertently added three zeros in one portion of the calculation. They say the amount for neonatal abstinence syndrome should be $107,600 not the $107.6 million written in the decision.
