Major news for FISA and surveillance: A broad bipartisan group including House Judiciary leaders just released a FISA 702 bill going to markup this week

First and most importantly, it includes a comprehensive warrant rule for US person queries.
This is critical to ending the ongoing pattern of abuse that has allowed FISA 702 to be morphed into a tool for domestic snooping.
