πŸ€” What No One Tells You About Custom Audiences πŸ€”

It’s extremely important to create your Custom Audiences as soon as possible

I’ve seen so many people with huge businesses who spent thousands of dollars on Facebook ads

And didn’t have the Custom Audiences set up

// THREAD They didn’t need it until they wanted to leverage all the data they got from spending so much money on ads

And because they were lazy to set up Custom Audiences initially, they ended up with no data at all

You may ask why is that:

5+ ROAS With Your Retargeting Ads?

Initially, you need to decide who do you want to retarget

I usually test people who:

- Engaged with our ads on Facebook or Instagram
- Added product to cart but didn't purchase

HIGH-VALUE THREAD πŸ‘‡ After I have done my initial research, I head over to Facebook Ads and start with structuring my first campaign

Here's how you set your Audience testing campaign:

- Conversions (Purchases; or leads if selling services)
- ABO (never use CBO for audience testing)

🚨 What is Facebook Customer Feedback and How Can It Hurt Your Ads' Performance? 🚨

Facebook cares about its users (unexpected, huh?)

They want to fight advertisers promoting low-quality products and services.

HIGH-VALUE THREAD Facebook's customer feedback score is based on various types of feedback received from its users.

Sometimes, they send out surveys asking about opinions on Facebook ads, other times the users can report ads as they see them.

πŸ”₯ OPTIMIZING FACEBOOK ADS πŸ”₯

When I started working with this client 2 weeks ago, his Australian campaign was performing very well:

- $8.37 cost per purchase
- 3.77 ROAS

He was very happy about it, but I've seen there more potential

Here's what I've done...

[THREAD] 1. Got rid of the CBO campaign, which is not ideal for testing audiences

2. Set up a new ABO campaign with 6 ad sets, each with $25 daily budget

3. Added the best performing ads from the previous campaigns with post ID, so they share their engagement across all ads
