The DOJ didn't "fail to convict," it "failed to prove it's case beyond a reasonable doubt, resulting in a jury acquittal." But go ahead & make up definitions as you go.
@AdumbroDeus@ryanjreilly The jury didn't even "fail to convict" it voted to acquit. As is it's choice, and so it should be. It really is better to let 100 guilty people walk than convict and imprison or execute a single person.

They do not truly serve to total public's interest, but only one side of the political spectrum & those who have a personal distaste for the current administration.

My division used to get,a big laugh at their analyses of Al Shabbab & estimates of their future threats, severity levels & Somali trends forecasts.
