I just took a friend’s brother to apply for a job.

He’s been in and out of prison most of his life. He’s in his 40’s now and just finished a 7 year prison sentence.

He’s has a lot of medical problems including deteriorating discs in his back that require medication. He’s also bipolar and has to stay on his psych meds or he becomes confrontational and violent.

Every time he gets a job where he’s on a payroll, the State takes his medical card away from him.

There is an important question of which the Manhattan prosecutor needs to consider and be aware.

Is it possible Joe Tacopina, Donald Trump’s attorney, is intentionally creating an issue for appeal of ineffective assistance of counsel? I wonder if we’re watching a deliberate strategy, wherein Tacopina is acting outrageously in public, to lay the grounds for a reversal on appeal, after similar actions at trial?

I know of at least one case where a defendant deliberately hired an attorney who had a track record
