On August 22, 2024, at 7:35 AM, Sen. Chris Murphy reported on @MSNBC @MorningJoe, that the day before the vote on the Border Bill in the United States Senate, there were 20 Republican Senators committed to voting for the Bill that had been negotiated by Republican Sen. Langford and others.

Sen. Murphy then stated:

“That night Stephen Miller tweeted out ‘Kill the Bill,’ and by the following morning 16 of those 20 Republican Senators had changed their position and would vote against the Bill.”

There is little press coverage of Stephen Miller.

I went to the bank today. Beside it is the county Republican campaign office. An older gentleman was coming out with Trump/Vance yard signs and was getting into his truck.

I asked him if he had Hulu. He said no.

I asked him if he had ever watched “Active Measures.” I told him it was free on Hulu, but available a lot of places. He said no.

He asked me what it was about.

The sad part about this statement is that it divides us into “us and them,” and is exactly what foreign State sponsored disinformation accounts on here seek to achieve.

We must recognize that the members of the @GOP who are advocating dismembering our government are enemy combatants.

Our Department of Justice is not designed to handle enemy combatants, no more than we would deploy the New York Police Department to fight a war. The United States Military is designed to fight enemy combatants.

It is time that a Military Commission be designated and empaneled to prosecute the leaders of the insurrection we are facing.

Prosecutions would occur on Military bases. Officers would sit in judgment.

I’ve constantly supported you when confronted with criticism of the delays in prosecutions of the enablers of J6.

With all due respect, and being aware that your information is vastly greater than mine, I must express my grave concern the delay in the arrest of the members of Congress who participated in the events leading up to J6, and have subsequently aided and abetted in covering up a conspiracy to overthrow the duly elected government, is endangering our Democracy.

I checked all the updated statistics against the 2000 Edition from which I quoted the majority of the statistics in this book. Over the three years the numbers have simply become worse.

The foot soldiers of J6 believed they were answering the call of their President. From that viewpoint, sentences less than the maximum allowed by law are warranted.

I just took a friend’s brother to apply for a job.

He’s been in and out of prison most of his life. He’s in his 40’s now and just finished a 7 year prison sentence.

He’s has a lot of medical problems including deteriorating discs in his back that require medication. He’s also bipolar and has to stay on his psych meds or he becomes confrontational and violent.

Every time he gets a job where he’s on a payroll, the State takes his medical card away from him.
