آزاد کشمیر کی حکومتوں نے پچھلے 2016 2021 تک عوام کو 62یا 63 فیصد بجلی مہنگے داموں فروخت کرکے 50 ارب روپے سے زیادہ منافع کمایا۔ اس کا مطلب یہ ہے کہ آزاد کشمیر نے جو بجلی خریدی اس کا صرف 62 یا 63 فیصد فروخت کیا کیوں کہ 38-37 فیصد لائن لاسز ظاہر کیا گیا ہے۔ 50 ارب منافع کمانے کے بعد بھی لائن لاسز کم نہیں کیے گیے۔

آزاد کشمیر میں بجلی کی ترسیل کے نظام پر کئی سوالات ہیں اور حیرت انگیز بات یہ ہے کہ پہلی بار آزاد کشمیر کے کسی وزیر اعظم نے اس پر بات کی ہے۔ یہ معاملہ کئی سالوں سے چلا آرہا ہے لیکن آزاد کشمیر کے حکام اس ہر خاموش رہے ۔

پشاور الیکٹرک سپلائی کمپنی, اسلام آباد ایلکٹرک سپلائی کمپنی اور گجرانوالہ الیکٹرک سپلائی کمپنی سے بجلی خریدتی ہے۔ آزاد کشمیر اگر 100 یونٹس خریدتی ہے تو یہ صرف 63 فیصد فروخت کرتی ہے کیوں کہ یہ 37 فیصد لاسز ظاہر کرتے ہیں۔ اس کا مطلب یہ ہوا کہ

حال میں جموں کشمیر یونائیٹڈ موومنٹ کے نام سے ایک تنظیم سامنے آئی ہے۔ یہ تنظیم مختلف جگہوں ہر چھوٹے چھوٹے اجتمعات کررہی ہے اور سالوں بعد یہ نعرہ سنا کہ کشمیر کے مسلے کا حل صرف جہاد ہے۔
میرا ان سے کچھ سوالات ہیں۔ ۔ جب برہان والی کی شہادت ہوئی تو انڈیا نے کشمیر کو محصور کیا۔ لیکن اس کے باوجور مقبوضہ کشمیر میں روز ہزاروں کی تعداد میں لوگ باہر نکلتے۔ ان ہر انڈیا کی فوج pellet کا استعمال کرتی۔ صرف سی آر پی ایف نے پہلے 34 دنوں میں بچوں، عورتوں جوانوں اور بزرگوں پر 16 لاکھ پیلٹ برسایے۔
