@gungirlnyc I am not for the following reason. It will be tied up in court for years and would completely screw up what’s going to play out if we hodl. I may be wrong about the following but I don’t believe I am. I think Gary Gensler and the sec are working with Jerome Powell and (pt1) @gungirlnyc Pt2…. The Fed using all of this information and evidence and creating a fall out safety net to keep the economy from collapsing when AMC/GME squeeze. There will be mass liquidation when it happens and it will have to be contained to keep the economy afloat. These regulations….
