If Trump creates a global economic recession (one in which the world has never seen before), caused by tariffs and trade wars, while dismantling EU, NAFTA, NATO, Trump will get depressed real estate assets for nothing. This has always been his mantra. He's bragged about this. Trump's goal is to render American global power diminished so as to boost Russian hegemony. To do this he's destroying US economic allies and the security alliance.
