Today was rough. Our miscarriage a couple weeks ago hit me really hard today, for a few different reasons. I think I spent more time crying today than I have in years, and I’ve been through some stuff. You know what made it infinitely worse? This stupid, pointless lockdown. can’t call my therapist and make an appt (zoom just doesn’t work for me). I can’t book a massage or go out to a wine bar with a friend. I can’t even go in public without gagging over a mask that literally makes me physically ill to wear.
