EXPOSÉ: QANON WAS A PSYOP — AND IT WAS USED TO TARGET TRUMP & FLYNN, NOT DEFEND THEM.

What follows is a deeply-researched breakdown that every patriot, journalist, and digital soldier should see.

We’ve been lied to.

PART I: SETTING THE STAGE – Q WAS NOT WHAT IT SEEMED

Contrary to mainstream belief, Donald J. Trump did not create QAnon, nor did he directly endorse it. At most, he acknowledged its popularity, sometimes playfully, other times ambiguously — but never claimed ownership or origin.

Yet the movement wrapped itself in his imagery, his slogans, and his base — giving millions the false impression that Q had official backing.

That assumption was the first trap.

The second trap? Believing Q was created for Trump. Our research indicates it was designed to destroy him — or at minimum, to control and corral his movement through disinformation, psychological framing, and guilt-by-association. PART II: THE ARCHITECTS – GENERAL PAUL VALLELY & PSYWAR VETERANS

Let’s talk about General Paul Vallely.

In 1980, Vallely co-authored a paper called “From PSYOP to MindWar” with then-Major Michael Aquino, a specialist in psychological operations.

This document didn’t just advocate for propaganda. It called for total psychological dominance over populations, through all media, symbols, beliefs, and behavioral cues.

Now fast-forward to the Obama years (2009–2015): Vallely didn’t disappear. He continued pushing regime-change-style psywar rhetoric — except now it was pointed inward, at the American people.

He publicly called for:
•Citizens to storm the U.S. Capitol
•The citizens’ arrest of President Obama
•Military tribunals
•A new revolution against the government

This rhetoric predates QAnon — but foreshadows it perfectly.

In a 2013 discussion with a Tea Party group, Vallely recounted a conversation where someone offered him “250,000 Marines to go to Washington.” Vallely responded:

“Yes, I will, I’ll surround the White House and I’ll surround the Capitol building, but it’s going to take physical presence to do things.” militaryreligiousfreedom.org/2014/01/talkin…

Additionally, Vallely suggested that President Obama should face a citizen’s arrest for alleged “treasonous crimes.” He urged Americans to “get off our derrieres” and protest the government in the millions:

“If we’ve got to march in the state capitals, if we’ve got to march in Washington with one hundred million people, then that’s what we need to do.”

Massive National Security Breach – Attempted Set Up of General Flynn, President Trump, and U.S. Leadership Exposed
@GenFlynn @briangamble_v1 @boonecutler @FBIDirectorKash @POTUS
@SecretService

These individuals need to be investigated:

In 2023–2025, a Canadian citizen named Guy Brummell was smuggled illegally into the United States under the direction of retired U.S. Army General Paul E. Vallely, assisted by David Scarlett, and Todd Callender.

Brummell was moved without identification, documentation, or legal clearance.
He was hidden in Montana and later Florida, attempting direct contact with President Trump and General Flynn.Image
Image
The individuals involved:
•Paul E. Vallely (Organizer): Retired MG, orchestrated Brummell’s extraction and transport.
•David Scarlett (Financier): Funded safehousing and movement.
•Ann Vandersteel (Communications): Helped coordinate.
•Todd Callender (Legal Adviser): Provided legal cover.
•Sean Stone (Florida Contact): Facilitated movement to Trump circles.

Canadian generals were allegedly aware and warned Vallely about Brummell “going rogue.”

Guy Brummell’s mission:
Deliver highly sensitive “intel” — involving alleged assassinations, Canadian government corruption, and claims implicating figures tied to Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama — directly to President Trump and General Flynn.

INSERT Screenshot #2: [Excerpt from “Brief for General Flynn”]

Brummell’s documents included:
•Accusations of murder conspiracies,
•Allegations of missile technology threats,
•Organized crime infiltration into governments.Image

General Paul E. Vallely – Military PSYOP Career Overview

Official PSYOP Roles During Military Service

Paul E. Vallely had a 31-year Army career (1961–1991) with significant roles in psychological operations (PSYOP) and related fields . Some of his key positions and credentials included:
•PSYOP Unit Command: Vallely served as Commander of the 7th Psychological Operations Group (Army Reserve) around 1980 . He later commanded the 351st Civil Affairs Command from 1982–1986, which oversaw all Special Forces, Psychological Warfare, and Civil-Military units in the Western U.S. and Hawaii . These commands placed him in charge of Army PSYOP and special warfare units during the Cold War.
•PSYOP Expertise: He accumulated over 15 years of experience in Special Operations and Psychological/Civil-Military Operations during his service . Vallely was even one of the first nominees for the position of Assistant Secretary of Defense for Special Operations under President Reagan in the mid-1980s – reflecting his expertise in the special operations/PSYOP arena.
•Professional Leadership: Vallely became the first President of the National Psychological Operations Association, indicating his leadership within the PSYOP community . He also attended elite military schools (Airborne, Ranger, Army War College, etc.), and retired in 1991 as a Major General, after serving as Deputy Commanding General of U.S. Army Pacific PSYOP Operations in Countries of Service

Throughout his career, Vallely served in several theaters where U.S. psychological operations were employed to influence populations or undermine hostile governments. Notable examples include:
•Vietnam War (1960s–1970s): Vallely served two combat tours in South Vietnam, as an infantry company commander and later as an adviser and intelligence officer . During the Vietnam War, U.S. PSYOP units extensively used propaganda (leaflets, radio broadcasts, etc.) to weaken Viet Cong and North Vietnamese resolve. Vallely’s roles in Vietnam placed him in the midst of these efforts to influence enemy troops and support the South Vietnamese government.
•Central America (1980s): Vallely was involved in U.S. security assistance missions in Central America – with in-country experience in El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Panama . In these countries, the U.S. conducted PSYOP as part of Cold War-era efforts to bolster allied governments and counter communist insurgencies. For example, in El Salvador he worked on civil-military relations during the Salvadoran Civil War, where U.S. advisers used psychological operations to erode rebel support . In Guatemala and Honduras, he was involved in efforts to influence local militaries and populations amid regional conflicts (including support for Nicaraguan Contras based in Honduras) .
•Panama: Vallely also served in Panama on security assistance duties . Notably, Panama became a focal point for U.S. PSYOP during Operation Just Cause (1989), when the U.S. invaded to overthrow General Manuel Noriega. U.S. forces used loudspeakers, broadcasts, and other psychological tactics in that campaign to pressure Noriega’s surrender. Vallely’s prior experience in Panama meant he was familiar with the country’s environment where these overthrow efforts took place.
•Asia and Pacific: Outside of combat zones, Vallely took part in missions across Asia aimed at influencing allies and deterring adversaries. He had assignments in places like Indonesia, Thailand, Korea, and Japan . In Indonesia, for instance, he worked on developing civil-military relations, supporting a key regional partner during the Cold War . These efforts were essentially preventive influence operations – strengthening pro-U.S. military institutions to guard against communist expansion or instability.

🚨Disclaimer: I held on to this for weeks to try and have conversations about this before I posted this, only to get attacked for being up this topic.🚨

The 4chan Hack, QAnon, and the Hidden Hand of Academic Influence Operations

In April 2025, a massive hack exposed the dirty secret nobody wanted to admit:
4chan — the so-called “wild west of the internet” — was not some chaotic organic haven of free speech. It was controlled.

Leaked internal server data proved it:

• 4chan’s backend ran on ancient, unpatched FreeBSD 10.1 — unsupported since 2016.
• Attackers accessed root shell and full database admin panels (phpMyAdmin).
• Over 10 million bans were logged, debunking the myth of “no moderation.”
• Half a million user appeals showed systemic shadowbanning and censorship.

But the real bombshell wasn’t just the hack itself —
it was who had access to the backend of 4chan, and what institutions they belonged to.

Leaked moderator and janitor data revealed:
•Harvey Mudd College (heavy DARPA contractor)
•University of Michigan (multi-million DARPA/DoD grants)
•University of Washington (major DARPA research programs)
•At least one active professor was a “janitor” (moderator) on 4chan.

Let that sink in: College students and professors, from U.S. institutions funded by defense and intelligence grants, were quietly operating inside 4chan’s moderation and backend systems.

They weren’t just deleting posts.
They had the potential ability to see IP addresses, track users, influence narratives, and control what content stayed visible or vanished.

Why is that important?

Because 4chan was the birthplace of QAnon.

— Q’s early posts appeared on 4chan in late 2017.
— Q’s tripcodes (used to verify authenticity) were protected only by weak cryptographic hashes, easily crackable by insiders.
— 4chan’s backend was so insecure that admins and mods could have created, modified, or deleted Q posts at will — invisible to the public.

Meaning:
The entire foundational mythology of Q — “anonymous inside drops from military intelligence” — could have been manufactured, guided, or manipulated by unseen hands.

And now we have hard evidence that those unseen hands were connected to academic institutions with federal defense ties.

Think about what that means.

Was Q really a rogue insider operation, or was it an early-stage domestic psychological operation, run by American influence networks as a real-world experiment in memetic warfare?

🚨Unmasking the Misinformation Campaign Against General Flynn🚨

You are gonna want to pay attention to this one Marty Watters our exsposed and you are all knowingly running a OP Buckel up Buttercup 😎

Recent developments have raised concerns about a coordinated effort to disseminate misinformation targeting General Flynn Key figures in this campaign include investigative reporter Marty Watters, his collaborator Lee Cary, and associates such as Mary Fanning, General Paul Vallely, and General Thomas McInerney. This thread delves into their backgrounds, collaborations, and the tactics employed to question their narratives.

Lee Cary is a seasoned journalist known for his investigative work on government operations and political affairs. His articles often focus on exposing misconduct within intelligence agencies and the so-called “Deep State.” Cary’s work has been featured in various publications, including the Canada Free Press.

Marty Watters: Investigative Reporter with Government Connections

Marty Watters has established himself as a credible investigative reporter with notable connections to government entities. His collaborations with senators and involvement in high-profile investigations underscore his legitimacy in the field. Watters’s work often sheds light on complex political issues, aiming to uncover hidden truths.

Seems credible as a journalist right?
So, his information on General Flynn should be take seriously he would like you to believe, right?

So when someone ask for his credentials he always replies with “look for yourself, I don’t have to prove myself to you!”

Why is that? Well, because his work discredits the propaganda and attacks he is pushing against General Flynn nd by His own investigative reporting he knows exactly who is involved in all of this!

Let’s take a look shall we 🤔 Collaborative Efforts: Cary and Watters

Cary and Watters have co-authored several articles, combining their expertise to dissect intricate political scandals. Their joint piece, “Deep State Playbook: Comparing Plamegate and Russiagate,” draws parallels between two significant political events, highlighting patterns of alleged misconduct within intelligence agencies.

Deep State Playbook” Analysis

In “Deep State Playbook,” Cary and Watters scrutinize the roles of key figures like Robert Mueller and James Comey in both Plamegate and Russiagate. The article suggests a recurring strategy employed by the “Deep State” to manipulate political outcomes. Notably, the piece does not implicate General Flynn in any wrongdoing, instead portraying him as a victim of these machinations.

Ok so before we go deep into Lee Cary and Marty Watters let’s refresh our memory on PlameGate and how it is interwoven into RussiaGate ………🥴

🚨What Happened to Election Integrity Investigations? Why Are the Good Guys Still Under Attack by Disinfo Campaigns? Was There Infiltration? Oh, You Bet—And It Was a Military-Grade Sting Led by Vallely, McInerney, Fanning, & Marty Watters!🚨

Buckle up, patriots, here’s a wild ride through the wreckage of the 2020 election integrity movement. What started as a noble quest by Mike Lindell, Patrick Byrne, Michael Flynn, and Tina Peters to expose real fraud, think ballot trafficking, machine glitches, and shady law changes, turned into a clown show of fake data, FBI raids, and public humiliation. Why? Because the “good guys” got played by a crew of disinformation agents, and the puppet masters were none other than Generals Paul Vallely and Thomas McInerney, with Mary Fanning as their frontwoman and Marty Watters stirring the pot. This wasn’t a fluke, it was a military-grade sting to bury the truth. Let’s unpack the conspiracy that keeps these heroes under fire even today.

The Setup:
Real Fraud Gets Drowned OutNovember 3, 2020: Election Night. Weird stuff pops off, ballot dumps in Michigan, vote counts pausing in Georgia, machines acting funky. Cyber experts like Russ Ramsland (Allied Security Group) flag Dominion vulnerabilities, and Jovan Pulitzer talks ballot fraud detection. By December, Lindell, Byrne, and Flynn are in Trump’s White House, begging for audits. Real evidence, was bubbling up. But then, the Deep State said, “Not so fast.” Enter the saboteurs. Phase 1: The Generals Drop the Disinfo BombCue Lt. Gen. Thomas McInerney and Maj. Gen. Paul Vallely—retired brass with military intel chops and a knack for psychological ops. McInerney hits Steve Bannon’s War Room on November 2, 2020, screaming about “Hammer & Scorecard”—some mythical CIA software Montgomery cooked up to rig elections (warroom.org). Vallely, who literally co-wrote “From PSYOP to MindWar” (Google it), backs him up, spinning tales of military-grade cyberwarfare. Sounds cool, right? Too bad it’s unprovable garbage tied to Dennis Montgomery, a con artist who scammed the Pentagon for $20M back in the day (Reuters, 2022). These two set the trap, and Flynn—another general—bites, trusting his old military buddies.

When everyone around you is corrupt who do you trust 🤔Image

🚨 INVESTIGATION THREAD: How Fiscal Sponsorship Enables Secret Funding: Could This Framework Be How Dark Money Is Funding Violent Protests, And Swatting Events?🚨

Watch @annvandersteel video Below, I will break down the documents Ann found using the framework below.
Then I will dive deep into how this is structured to fund these operations! Buckle up……

A leaked document exposes structured protest funding with staged payments, covert contacts, and financial opacity. But how does this system work? Let’s break down the fiscal sponsorship loophole that keeps it hidden. 🧵👇

Fiscal Sponsorship 101
Instead of funding an unregistered group (like an Antifa cell), large donors give to 501(c)(3) fiscal sponsors like Tides Center, AFGJ, or New Venture Fund. These groups act as a legal front, shielding donors from scrutiny.

How Money Flows
💰 Donor → Fiscal Sponsor → Sponsored Project → Protesters
•Big-money donors stay anonymous via Donor-Advised Funds (DAFs).
•The sponsor handles financials, allowing activists to operate without direct IRS oversight.

Example: Tides Center
Tides has sponsored hundreds of activist groups, giving them tax-exempt status without requiring their own 990 filings. This creates a black box of funding that enables anonymous cash to flow into organized protests.(as well as many other forms of operations)

Leaked Document Highlights
•“D.A. Donnelly” as a secret contact (Does D.A. = Democracy Alliance?)
•“328BG” – A coded reference? Transaction ID?
•Multiple-stage funding before & after protests.
•“DO NOT REPORT THIS AS INCOME” – Avoiding tax trails?

Is This a One-Off? No.
•Arab Resource & Organizing Center (AROC) is a Tides-sponsored project.
•Refuse Fascism has ties to AFGJ, another fiscal sponsor.
•Soros-backed OSF funds Democracy Alliance, which channels $$ into progressive activism.

Bottom Line
🚨 Fiscal sponsorship legally launders political money into activist networks.
🚨 No need for direct grants—funds trickle down through shell nonprofits.
🚨 This shields donors, activists, & groups from accountability.

Let’s dive in 👀
@DOGE @AGPamBondi @DOGE_DOJ @JusticeOIG @DataRepublican @POTUS @FBIDirectorKash @EagleEdMartin Content Analysis of the Documents

From the visible portions, the documents include:
•Point of Contact: “D.A. Donnelly” is named as a confidential contact.
•Funding Disbursement: Payments occur in three stages, including:
•Initial payment (5-10%) before the action.
•Further disbursement (20-30%) after debriefing.
•Final payments (larger percentage) months later.
•Confidentiality Clause: “DO NOT REPORT THIS AS INCOME TO ANYBODY,” implying covert financial transactions.
•Incentives for Participation: Bonuses based on leadership, bravery, or merit in protests.
•Operational Instructions:
•Strict anonymity protocols (no mentioning names in communication).
•Instructions on protest behavior (hand-to-hand combat rules, engagement limits).
•Use of props (bottles, sticks allowed under certain conditions).

This suggests an organized and potentially funded protest operation, rather than a spontaneous grassroots movement.

Is This Consistent with Known NGO Funding Structures?

If an Antifa-affiliated group operates under an NGO framework, it would likely follow fiscal sponsorship models similar to Tides Center, New Venture Fund, or Alliance for Global Justice (AFGJ).

Key Factors to Investigate:
•Does this match known NGO-backed activism?
•Yes – Many left-wing activist groups receive funding via fiscal sponsors like Tides Center.
•AFGJ has been a known fiscal sponsor for anarchist, anti-capitalist, and protest-oriented groups.
•Tides Center does not openly fund Antifa, but it supports social justice initiatives that may indirectly provide resources for related actions.
•Does this funding model exist in real-world activism?
•Yes – Many structured activist groups have been documented as receiving grant money, filtering through donor-advised funds, and distributing resources to protest groups.
•Past examples include:
•The Occupy Wall Street movement (Tides Center indirectly helped incubate activist projects).
•The Black Lives Matter bail fund network (millions in grants passed through fiscal sponsors).
•The Arab Resource and Organizing Center (AROC) (a Tides-sponsored project involved in direct action protests).
•How does money reach these groups?
•Donor → Fiscal Sponsor → Sponsored Group → Individual Payments or Resources
•Donor-Advised Funds (DAFs) help anonymize contributions, making it harder to track funders.
•Some NGOs use “pass-through grants”, enabling money to reach unaffiliated groups that do not formally register as a nonprofit.

Identifying Potential Ties to Antifa Groups

Antifa itself is decentralized, but elements of its funding, coordination, and strategy suggest indirect financial support.
•Known Fiscal Sponsorships in the Activist Sphere:
•Alliance for Global Justice (AFGJ) has been the fiscal sponsor for Refuse Fascism, a group advocating direct action.
•Tides Center provides operational support for many protest-related nonprofits.
•New Venture Fund & Borealis Philanthropy have financed civil unrest movements, though without direct Antifa affiliation.
•Crowdfunding as a Front for Larger Funding Operations:
•Some Antifa-linked groups use GoFundMe, GiveSendGo, and DonorBox.
•Fiscal sponsors sometimes launder money through “mutual aid” groups to avoid direct ties.

Authenticity of the Documents
•Does the document align with real-world activist funding?
•YES – It follows a clear financial structure, which is consistent with NGO-backed activism.
•YES – It uses discretionary funding language, similar to how fiscal sponsors distribute protest funds.
•YES – It includes tactical anonymity measures, which aligns with decentralized protest groups.
•Does this match known Antifa tactics?
•YES – Antifa has a history of using clandestine communication and security culture to protect leadership identities.
•YES – Some groups affiliated with Antifa operate with structured funding pools.

Let’s go deeper shall we ….

🚨 Swatting isn’t just a prank—it’s a weapon. 🚨

Over the past week, conservative influencers like Chase Geiser and Gunther Eagleman have faced armed police at their doors, part of a chilling wave of at least a dozen incidents since mid-March 2025. Days earlier, a massive X hack by Dark Storm Team ( via my research) disrupted the platform. Coincidence?
(I had my own issues just a week prior that may or may not be related)

Maybe not. Hacking groups like Lizard Squad, PoodleCorp, LulzSec (Revivals) , and even a Telegram outfit called Torswats have a history of turning digital chaos into real-world terror, often using kids and cryptocurrency.
The FBI’s been tracking this for years—yet here we are, with swatting spiking and answers scarce. Buckle up: this is bigger than you think.

weartv.com/news/local/dep… Recent Swatting IncidentsOver the past week, multiple conservative influencers, including Chase Geiser, Joe Pags, Gunther Eagleman, and Nick Sortor, have been targeted in swatting incidents, where fake emergency calls send armed police to their homes. At least a dozen such cases were reported since mid-March 2025, with the FBI investigating, as stated by Director Kash Patel on March 14, 2025 (FBI Investigating Swatting Incidents). These incidents, possibly politically motivated, have raised concerns about safety and free speech.

March 2025 X HackOn March 10, 2025, X experienced a DDoS attack claimed by Dark Storm Team, disrupting service but not stealing data (X Hack March 2025 Cyberattack Details). While the timing aligns with swatting surges, no direct connection was found, as the attack focused on service disruption, not address exposure.

FBI Awareness and Historical ContextThe FBI has been aware of swatting for years, with Director Patel noting it as a “dangerous trend” on March 14, 2025. Swatting has been a known issue since at least 2017, with high-profile cases like the Wichita incident, but the recent targeting of conservative voices has escalated scrutiny (Swatting Trend Explained with Recent Cases).

Unexpected DetailAn unexpected finding is how swatting incidents, possibly politically motivated, align with the X hack’s timing, suggesting a broader harassment campaign rather than a direct data breach link, though this remains speculative.

Comprehensive Analysis of Hacking Groups and Potential Involvement in Recent Swatting Incidents

This report provides a detailed examination of whether hacking groups, including “Torswats Telegram,” Lizard Squad, PoodleCorp, LulzSec, and Anonymous, could be involved in recent swatting incidents over the last week and a half, as of March 20, 2025, particularly in the context of the March 2025 X hack and the swatting of conservative influencers. The analysis draws from extensive web searches and aims to cover all relevant details, including the FBI’s awareness and historical context, while acknowledging the complexity.

🚨🚨Antifa’s Coded Jan 6 Operation, Intelligence Tactics, and FBI Complicity – Kash, We Need Answers We Are Not Letting This Go🚨 🚨

@Kash_Patel @PamBondi @dbongino @POTUS @MattGaetz @GenFlynn @IvanRaiklin @annvandersteel @DOGE_DOJ @FBIDirectorKash

🚨 Kash, I’m calling on you at the FBI to investigate this explosive evidence: Antifa ran a highly coordinated operation leading to Jan 6, 2021, using Parler with tactical codes straight out of intelligence agency playbooks to evade detection. The FBI had this data but ignored it—I believe intentionally. Screenshots, sources, and a deep dive below. Buckle up for a detailed thread! 🧵

The Stakes – Parler Data and FBI’s Role
The FBI gained access to Parler’s servers after AWS shut it down on Jan 10, 2021, following the Capitol riot. Parler sent over 50 warnings about violent content—including specific threats to the Capitol—before Jan 6. Yet, FBI Director Chris Wray testified there was “no indication” of Antifa involvement. How could they miss this? Was it deliberate? Let’s dive into the evidence that suggests a cover-up.
Source: dailymail.co.uk/news/article-9… December 17, 2020 – A Funded Operation with Intelligence-Grade Codes
Here’s the first smoking gun, a screenshot from @AntifaHQInfo on Parler, dated 12/17/20: “We getting paid, boys. #wooohoo #portland team P3FZNW4G.” This isn’t just a protest group—this is a funded operation targeting Portland, a known Antifa hotspot. The code “P3FZNW4G” isn’t random; it’s a tactical identifier, 7-8 characters long, mixing letters and numbers, exactly like codes used by the CIA or MI6 to designate teams or locations while evading detection. Think Enigma-style encryption from WWII—randomized to prevent decryption by outsiders like the FBI or Parler mods. This level of sophistication screams professional coordination.

🚨PARENTS PLEASE READ THIS🚨

I’m begging you to sit with this story and feel it.

This morning at 3:30 AM. I’m in bed with my wife, our three young kids asleep down the hall. Suddenly, there’s this violent pounding on our door, like someone’s trying to break in. My wife and I awaken in terror, ‘Someone’s beating on our door!’ Our German Shepherd is losing it, barking louder than I’ve ever heard.
I leap out of bed, heart pounding, my only thought, protect my family. I don’t know who’s out there or what they want. I grab my handgun, tell my wife to stay with the kids, and head to the door, adrenaline surging.

I peek out the window, two figures, all in black masks covering their faces. My stomach drops. I yell to my wife, ‘Call the cops!’ as she’s screaming, ‘Don’t go out there!’ But I have to I can’t let whoever this is get closer to my kids. I step outside, gun ready, and see them move to my neighbor’s house, pounding again, relentless. I run over, shouting, thinking they’re about to break in there too. Then they turn, coming down the driveway toward me, shadows between two cars, silent and fast. I’m yelling, ‘Stop! Get on the ground!’

but they keep coming.

I’m backing up, gun aimed, finger on the trigger, as I scream again, ‘STOP NOW!’

I don’t know who they are, what they’re armed with, or why they’re here.

Everything slows down, like a nightmare you can’t wake from. They’re close now, too close. One more step, and I’m ready to pull that trigger to end the threat. Suddly after I yell “GET ON THE GROUND OR I WILL SHOOT” they stop.

They drop to their knees. One yanks off a mask, and I freeze. It’s a girl’s face. A kid.

I lower my gun, ‘HOW FUCKING OLD ARE YOU?’ She mumbles, ‘14. We were just bored, ding-dong ditching.’ The other pulls their mask off, another teenager. No weapons. No threat. Just kids.

I clear my gun, hands trembling, and it hits me, I almost shot two children. My anger explodes, but then relief floods in, and I’m dizzy with it. I could’ve ended their lives, left their parents grieving, changed my own family forever, all because I didn’t know. To me, they were intruders, faceless,in the dark.

Cops came, took them home, I guess. I walked back inside, told my wife, tucked my kids in again. It’s 5 AM now. I’m sitting here with coffee, adrenaline crashing, replaying every second. I burst into tears, puked, because if I’d pressed that trigger a little harder, two bored kids would be gone. Their families destroyed. Mine too.

God was there in that moment, guiding my hand to pause. I’m still a wreck, crying as I write this. Parents, please, teach your kids every action has a reaction. They didn’t know how close they came to dying. I didn’t know they were just kids. One split-second decision in the dark could’ve ended it all. Talk to them. I will put out an update on this post soon, I had contacted with the parents of one of the children involved.

I have read, every comment positive and negative, and I appreciate your feedback as the purpose of this post was to educate on a very difficult situation that occurred. God Bless 🙏❤️

Who Funds the Democracy Alliance (DA)?
🚨 The Democracy Alliance (DA) is one of the most powerful dark money networks on the left, and it is bankrolled by a secretive group of billionaires, corporate donors, and labor unions.

📌 How DA’s Funding Model Works:
✅ Billionaire donors pool their money into DA’s secretive funding network.
✅ Funds are then moved through “pass-through” nonprofits like Arabella Advisors & Tides Foundation.
✅ These funds are distributed to activist groups, media organizations, and political initiatives.
✅ DA keeps donor names and amounts secret, shielding them from public scrutiny.
🚨 This allows billionaires to influence politics without their names appearing in FEC filings.
🔗 Source: How DA Operates as a Dark Money Pass-Through
thefederalist.com/2024/04/10/ara… 📌 The Key Billionaire Donors Behind DA
🚨 DA is primarily bankrolled by a handful of billionaire megadonors who use their wealth to manipulate elections and policy.

💰 1️⃣ George Soros (Founder of Open Society Foundations, DA’s Largest Backer)
📌 Soros’ Influence Over DA:
✅ One of DA’s founding members & largest funders.
✅ Uses Open Society Foundations (OSF) to funnel money into DA-approved projects.
✅ Funds progressive prosecutors, election lawsuits, and radical activist organizations.
📌 How Soros Moves His Money:
🚨 Soros rarely donates directly to DA. Instead, he routes money through a network of nonprofits.
🔹 Open Society Foundations → Tides Foundation → DA-backed groups.
🔹 Arabella Advisors’ New Venture Fund → Media Matters & Brennan Center for Justice.
🔹 Justice & Public Safety PAC → Direct funding for DA-backed prosecutors.

🚨 Soros has spent over $1.4 billion funding left-wing political causes in the U.S. alone.
📌 Key DA-Backed Groups Funded by Soros:
🔹 American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) – Legal activism for progressive causes.
🔹 Center for American Progress – DA’s policy think tank, shaping government policies.
🔹 Brennan Center for Justice – Leads lawsuits against voter ID laws & election integrity measures.

🚨🚨THREAD2️⃣🚨🚨

How the Democracy Alliance (DA) Operates – The Left’s Dark Money Machine
The Democracy Alliance (DA) is not a traditional political action committee (PAC) or nonprofit. Instead, it is a secretive network of billionaire donors who meet behind closed doors to coordinate funding for progressive organizations, media, and legal activism—without direct contributions to candidates.

📌 What makes DA unique?
✅ It does not donate directly to candidates (to avoid FEC regulations).
✅ It holds private donor meetings where billionaires decide which groups to fund.
✅ It acts as a pass-through entity, moving billions in dark money to influence elections & policies.
✅ It funds voter registration drives, activist organizations, and left-wing media networks.
🔗 How DA Operates as a Dark Money Pass-Through
🚨 This is how DA influences politics without public accountability. 📌 The Structure of the Democracy Alliance (DA)
Unlike a typical political group, DA operates through a three-tiered system designed to launder dark money into political activism while shielding donors from scrutiny.

📍 How DA’s Money Moves:

💰 Step 1: DA Collects Money from Mega-Donors
🔹 Billionaires, corporations, & unions donate millions to DA-approved funds
🔹 No public FEC disclosures—the donations are hidden
💰 Step 2: DA Funnels Money to “Approved” Progressive Nonprofits
🔹 Instead of funding candidates, DA directs money to nonprofits, think tanks, & media
🔹 These organizations engage in voter registration, lawsuits, & political activism
💰 Step 3: The Nonprofits Carry Out DA’s Agenda
🔹 Media groups shape public opinion (Media Matters, Mother Jones)
🔹 Legal organizations fight conservative policies (Brennan Center for Justice, SPLC)
🔹 Voter operations drive turnout for Democrats (America Votes, Fair Fight)

🚨 By structuring money flow this way, DA avoids campaign finance laws.

The U.S. Government is Funding a Child Trafficking Pipeline Disguised as a Foster Care System 🚨

Tens of thousands of unaccompanied migrant children (UACs) are being funneled into federally funded foster care programs that are riddled with abuse, neglect, and trafficking risks.

At the same time, American foster kids are being displaced, and the organizations running this system are making hundreds of millions in federal funding.

The government is knowingly placing children in dangerous situations—and no one is being held accountable.

Let’s break it down. This is one of the biggest child welfare scandals in American history.
@P_MilkCarton

🧵👇 FULL DETAILS BELOW @DOGE @taraleerodas @MaryFlynnONeil1 @GenFlynn @POTUS @elonmusk What’s Happening? How Are Migrant Children Ending Up in U.S. Foster Care?
Each year, tens of thousands of unaccompanied minors (UACs) cross the border—many smuggled by cartels from Central America.

Once they cross, the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) takes custody of them from DHS and places them in a system of government-funded shelters, group homes, and foster care programs.

Here’s how it works:

➡️ ORR does not run these facilities directly. Instead, they contract “faith-based” nonprofits (VOLAGs) to handle placements.
➡️ VOLAGs (Voluntary Agencies) include Catholic Charities, Lutheran Immigration & Refugee Services (LIRS), and Bethany Christian Services.
➡️ These organizations place the children into foster homes, shelters, or with “sponsors.”
➡️ The U.S. government pays them millions of dollars per year for each child they take in.
The problem? There’s little oversight, children are going missing, and many end up in trafficking situations.

(BNHA) fandom has grown into a vast and passionate community that engages in creative expression through various media, including fanfiction, art, and social activism. Platforms such as Archive of Our Own (AO3), Wattpad, and Tumblr serve as hubs for fans to explore relationships, identity, and themes beyond those covered in the original manga and anime by Kohei Horikoshi. However, concerns have been raised about the potential impact of such content on young audiences, with questions surrounding whether it serves as a form of indoctrination, particularly regarding social and political ideologies.

Origins and Growth of the BNHA Fanfiction Community

Boku no Hero Academia is a popular anime and manga series that follows a world where people possess superpowers known as “Quirks,” and society is structured around professional heroes and villains. The story’s themes of justice, power, and self-identity have inspired a thriving online community that creates fanfiction, art, and discussion spaces to explore deeper aspects of the characters and world.

Fanfiction, in particular, allows fans to expand on the canon storylines with alternative universes (AUs), relationship dynamics, and social themes, many of which focus on romance, emotional struggles, and LGBTQ+ topics.

Key platforms where BNHA fanfiction thrives include:
•Archive of Our Own (AO3): A nonprofit fan-run site hosting thousands of BNHA stories.
•Wattpad: A commercial site catering to younger audiences with a large fanfiction community.
•Tumblr/Twitter (X): Social media sites where fan art, discussions, and recommendations circulate widely.
•Discord: Private and public servers where fans discuss, roleplay, and promote their stories.

youtu.be/TYguxVhqM1I?si… Key Themes in BNHA Fanfiction and Their Potential Influence

Many of the popular fanfiction works in the BNHA community, particularly in the Bkdk (Bakugo Katsuki x Midoriya Izuku) pairing, contain themes that can significantly influence young readers. These include:
1.LGBTQ+ Representation and Identity Exploration
•Many BNHA fanfictions heavily explore LGBTQ+ themes, often depicting characters in same-sex relationships or as transgender/non-binary individuals. While this representation can be positive, concerns arise when such content influences young readers in ways that may shape their views before they have fully developed critical thinking skills.
•The normalization of concepts such as gender fluidity and same-sex relationships within fan spaces may lead to children adopting perspectives that reflect the values promoted by the community rather than forming their own views based on a broader societal perspective.
2.Challenging Authority and Societal Structures
•Some fanfiction within the BNHA fandom incorporates dystopian narratives where characters fight against an oppressive or tyrannical government, portraying rebellion as the only path to justice.
•This can instill ideas of defiance and skepticism towards existing social structures, potentially encouraging readers to question authority without a balanced understanding of governance and responsibility.
3.Mental Health and Trauma Themes
•Many fics explore themes of mental illness, self-harm, and trauma, often romanticizing emotional struggles. Young readers who consume such content might adopt unhealthy coping mechanisms or develop a distorted perception of mental health challenges.
•This could lead to increased self-identification with fictional experiences, further shaping their understanding of personal struggles in potentially harmful ways.
4.Political and Social Activism
•The BNHA fan community often uses the series’ themes of “heroism” to parallel real-world activism, encouraging young readers to become involved in causes related to social justice.
•While activism can be positive, there is a risk that impressionable youth may be drawn into ideological movements without fully understanding the complexities of the issues being presented.

How the Institute for Strategic Dialogue (ISD) Operates: A Closer Look 🧵

The Institute for Strategic Dialogue (ISD), a London-based nonprofit founded in 2006, combats extremism, hate, and disinformation. But how does it operate, and who funds its mission? Let’s break it down. 👇

Funding Sources: ISD receives money from governments (US, UK, EU), private foundations (Gates Foundation, Open Society), and corporations (Meta, Google). These partnerships fuel its campaigns to shape online narratives.

Tech Partnerships: Collaborations with platforms like Meta, Microsoft, and Google empower ISD to recommend policies and influence content moderation. Their reach extends to tackling hate speech and “disinformation.”

Media Influence: ISD partners with mainstream outlets to amplify its reports and campaigns. Critics argue this allows funders to indirectly shape public discourse through ISD’s “anti-extremism” lens.

Transparency Concerns: Despite its mission to combat misinformation, ISD’s close ties to powerful entities raise questions about bias and the selective targeting of certain ideologies.

Whistleblower Protection: ISD claims to have strict accountability policies, but no internal disclosures or leaks have surfaced. They’ve also reported on external hack-and-leak campaigns tied to state actors.

ISD shapes global narratives under the banner of countering extremism, but its operations raise critical questions about transparency, influence, and bias. Who watches the watchdog? Follow along for a deeper dive into ISD’s structure and impact. 👀

youtu.be/Lxm0_WTupdY?si… The Institute for Strategic Dialogue (ISD) is a London-based nonprofit organization dedicated to countering extremism, hate, and disinformation globally. Established in 2006 by Sasha Havlicek and George Weidenfeld, ISD collaborates with governments, academic institutions, civil society organizations, and the private sector to develop strategies addressing these challenges.

Funding Sources

ISD’s funding is diverse, encompassing contributions from governments, private foundations, academic institutions, and corporations. Notable funders include:
•Government Agencies: ISD has received grants from various governmental bodies. For instance, in 2023, the U.S. Department of State awarded ISD a grant for initiatives in Germany.
•Private Foundations: Support has come from entities such as the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the Omidyar Network, and the Open Society Foundations.
•Academic Institutions: Collaborations with universities like Cardiff University, McGill University, and the University of Denver contribute to ISD’s research and program development.
•Civil Society Organizations: Partnerships with groups such as the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) and the McCain Institute at Arizona State University support ISD’s mission.

Financial Transparency

As a registered charity in the UK (Charity number: 1141069), ISD is required to submit annual financial reports to the Charity Commission for England and Wales. These reports provide detailed insights into their income, expenditures, and funding sources. Recent financial statements are accessible through the Charity Commission’s website.

In the United States, ISD operates as a tax-exempt organization (EIN: 27-1282489). Financial information, including IRS Form 990 filings, is available through platforms like ProPublica’s Nonprofit Explorer.

Funding Allocation

ISD allocates its funds toward various programs aimed at countering extremism and disinformation. For example, in a recent fiscal year, ISD-US reported expenses totaling over $4 million dedicated to counter-extremism and security work.

ISD’s funding model reflects a broad base of support from governmental bodies, private foundations, academic institutions, and civil society organizations. Their financial practices are subject to regulatory oversight in both the UK and the US, ensuring a degree of transparency in their operations.

The Hidden Agenda Behind "Pro-Trump" Accounts

I am here to unpack a disturbing trend within MAGA circles. Let's dive into how some accounts, while claiming to support Donald Trump, are actually undermining his decisions and key allies through strategic disinformation.

Let’s be clear, these accounts agenda is clearly to undermine @realDonaldTrump and create division between Trump supporters and supporters of @GenFlynn Both of which are American First! Part 1: The Flynn Network Smear
Accounts like @intheMatrixxx and @shadygrooove frequently use the term "Flynn Network" to discredit factual information. But why? These accounts project their own tactics onto others. For example, @intheMatrixxx's post that mentions Russia, Russia, Russia and the Muller report , but then pivots to unsubstantiated claims lying about General Flynn with no claims to back it up!

x.com/inthematrixxx/…

@intheMatrixxx's Post:
Here is Erik Rinehold, Kash Patel's best friend on Truth Social. Kash Patel contacted me, @shadygrooove, and @the_AuthorityQ via Rinehold to help expose WE THE MEDIA/BADLANDS/DEVOLUTION and @GenFlynn’s network of Digital Soldiers. But why lie about Pent? What's the real agenda here?

Analysis:
Original Context: The post starts by acknowledging Patel's role in significant investigations that were beneficial to Trump's administration. This should place Patel in a positive light for Trump supporters.

Misdirection: However, @intheMatrixxx then introduces an unverified claim about Patel lying about something related to "Pent," which is likely a shorthand or a misdirection for Pentagon or another significant entity, with no evidence provided. This transition from factual reporting to baseless accusations serves to:

Sow Distrust: By questioning Patel's honesty without proof, @intheMatrixxx casts a shadow over Patel's credibility and, by extension, anyone associated with him, including Flynn.

Control the Narrative: This maneuver aims to shift focus from the substantive contributions of Patel to an unsubstantiated critique, thereby controlling the narrative around key Trump allies.

Projection: This tactic could be seen as projection where @intheMatrixxx accuses the "Flynn Network" of employing disinformation, a method they themselves might be using by spreading unverified or misleading information to manipulate public perception.

Implications: Such posts not only aim to discredit individuals but also serve to create confusion and division within Trump's support base. By questioning the integrity of figures like Patel and Flynn, they indirectly question Trump's judgment and the unity of his team, potentially weakening his position or the resolve of his supporters.

@GuitarAnon17 Debunks these claims with comments made on their Show! 👇👇👇

Are the DuPonts the Original Architects of American Power Structures?

🚨🚨 I hate to burst bubbles but it was never the Payseurs family! 🚨🚨

If you’ve explored theories like those in Bloodlines of the Illuminati, you’ve likely encountered the DuPont family’s name. But what if their role in shaping U.S. industry, politics, and infrastructure runs even deeper than commonly understood? From their gunpowder empire that armed the nation’s wars to their political dominance in Delaware and beyond, the DuPonts laid the foundation for the industrial and political frameworks that families like the Rothschilds and Rockefellers later leveraged. The argument emerges: without the DuPonts, could the power of these other “elite” families have taken root so effectively in America?

In this thread, we’ll break down how the DuPonts created an economic juggernaut that controlled everything from munitions to chemicals, directly influenced U.S. military strategy, and shaped local and national politics. We’ll also explore how their dominance provided a launchpad for the rise of other powerful families. Whether you believe in a shadowy conspiracy or just see them as shrewd industrialists, one thing is certain: the DuPont legacy is essential to understanding the hidden levers of American power. The DuPont Family’s Role in U.S. Politics and Industry:

Foundational Role in American Industry:

•Gunpowder and Munitions: The DuPonts became the U.S.‘s primary supplier of gunpowder and later expanded into chemicals. Their products were critical to the nation’s wars, including the War of 1812, the Civil War, and both World Wars.
•Their dominance in essential industries allowed them to build significant leverage over both the government and military, as they were seen as indispensable to national security.

Political Power:

•Dominance in Delaware: The DuPonts were so influential in Delaware that the state became known as “the DuPont state.” They controlled local politics, ensuring favorable legislation for their businesses.
•Shaping National Policy: Their influence extended to Washington, D.C., where they supported policies that protected their industries and aligned with broader goals of industrial expansion. Their wealth and lobbying efforts ensured that their voice was heard in shaping the economic landscape.

General Michael Flynn moved to withdraw his guilty plea on January 14, 2020, citing “the government’s bad faith, vindictiveness, and breach of the plea agreement.”

🚨🚨 Plea Agreement was withdrawn and General Flynn’s case was dismissed prior to Jan 6 by the way! 🚨🚨

The claim that General Michael Flynn was a “confidential human source” (CHS) is misleading. Section 8 of his plea deal doesn’t label him a CHS—it outlines standard cooperation terms after his guilty plea, including potential testimony, interviews, or assistance with investigations. The phrase “participating in covert law enforcement activities” is common legal language in plea agreements to cover all forms of cooperation, not proof he acted as a CHS.

There’s no evidence General Flynn was ever a CHS before his legal troubles. His cooperation was part of his guilty plea, not a pre-existing CHS agreement. Let’s stick to facts. I will break this down in more detail……..🧵 @intheMatrixxx @shadygrooove @TishaLee777 #FlynnEvidence The claim that General Michael Flynn was a “confidential human source” (CHS) based on Section 8 of his plea agreement is misleading. Let me break it down logically, using facts and sources:

What is a Confidential Human Source (CHS)?

A CHS is someone who acts as an informant, working undercover for law enforcement. This designation usually involves formal documentation and specific agreements. General Flynn’s plea agreement does not categorize him as a CHS. Instead, the plea outlines his post-plea cooperation, which is standard for criminal plea deals involving cooperation with investigations.

Section 8: Participation in “Covert Law Enforcement Activities”

The phrase “participating in covert law enforcement activities” appears in General Flynn’s cooperation agreement but doesn’t automatically make him a CHS. It’s a conditional clause allowing the government to request his cooperation in covert operations if deemed necessary. This is common language in plea agreements involving cooperation. It doesn’t confirm that General Flynn ever acted as a CHS.

Context:
•Cooperation agreements are designed to ensure that defendants provide truthful, comprehensive assistance in investigations.
•The inclusion of “covert law enforcement activities” is standard legal language to preserve flexibility in how a cooperating witness may assist authorities.

Example of Similar Agreements:
Plea deals with cooperation clauses often contain similar language for witnesses who might help with broader investigations. This is not exclusive to General Flynn.

🚨🚨 This thread illustrates how the DISARM Red Framework can be utilized not just to attack external enemies but to manipulate internal political dynamics, showcasing the complexity of modern political warfare through information.🚨🚨

Disinformation Operation Against Trump Admin 2.0

Part 1: The Players and the Playbook

- Accounts like @inthematrixxx, @shadygrooove,@WattersMarty,@Tishalee777 and many others have been notably vocal in their criticisms of General Michael Flynn, leveraging his past legal troubles from 2016-2020. These accounts are not just lone voices; they appear to be part of a coordinated effort to undermine key figures in Donald Trump's political circle, especially in preparation for his second administration.

The Dual Narrative

These accounts have carved out a niche where they publicly support DJT and his broader political agenda. However, they covertly or overtly target key allies of Trump, like General Flynn, through disinformation campaigns. This dual approach serves a tactical purpose within the broader strategy of influence operations.

Let’s take a look at how this works 🧵… The DISARM Red Framework in Action

Narrative Crafting: By recycling Flynn's legal issues, they craft a narrative of corruption and conspiracy, suggesting Flynn was part of a "deep state" plot. This aligns with the DISARM Red tactic of Narrative Development, where disinformation is tailored to resonate with targeted audiences.

Content Recycling: The use of old controversies around Flynn is clear Content Recycling, ensuring that these issues remain relevant and damaging, even years later.

Persona Discreditation: The focus isn't just on Flynn but extends to those associated with him, like Kash Patel. By attacking Flynn, they aim to discredit anyone linked to him, which is a classic move in the DISARM Red playbook to weaken political appointments or influence elections.

Media Manipulation: @inthematrixxx's CNN interview is a strategic move under Media Manipulation. By engaging with a platform critical of QAnon, they provide CNN with material to further their narrative, while also gaining visibility among a broader audience, despite the likely negative framing.

DISARM Red Framework - Strategic Support

Narrative Development: While they craft narratives around Trump's positive actions or policies, they simultaneously develop stories of corruption or betrayal around his allies, painting them as liabilities or threats to Trump's vision. This selective narrative crafting aims to position Trump as untainted while those around him are not.

Audience Segmentation: By showing support for DJT, they maintain a base or audience that is pro-Trump, yet they segment this audience by introducing doubts or skepticism about Trump's appointees or allies, thus controlling who gets the public's support or ire.

I am going to keep adding to this thread, some of it might repeat, but it is necessary.

So these individuals spinning narratives claiming that there would be no Russia Russia, Russia investigation if there was no “CrossFire Razor” And some how that’s General Flynn’s fault 🤔

I don’t know anyone that enjoys being investigated by the FBI but I digress, let’s look at the facts Shall we……🧵 How Peter Strzok Used “Crossfire Razor” to Set Up General Flynn and Undermine the Trump Administration 🚨

What was Crossfire Razor?
Crossfire Razor was the FBI’s codename for its investigation into General Michael Flynn, part of the broader “Crossfire Hurricane” probe into alleged Trump-Russia collusion. Despite finding no evidence of wrongdoing, FBI leadership intervened to keep it open.

Flynn’s Role in the Trump Administration
Flynn, a retired 3-star General and incoming National Security Advisor, was a key figure in President Trump’s transition team. His communications with foreign officials, including Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak, were routine and expected for someone in his position.

What Really Happened in Crossfire Razor?
By January 4, 2017, FBI investigators decided to close the Flynn case, citing “no derogatory information” against him. A closing memorandum was drafted. But Peter Strzok, a senior FBI official, intervened to keep the case open.

The “7th Floor” Intervention
Strzok texted his colleague Lisa Page, stating that “the 7th floor” (FBI leadership) wanted the case to remain open. Why? Strzok and others appeared motivated by political bias, as later revealed in their own text messages.

🧵 THREAD: How the Unaccompanied Migrant Children Crisis is Overwhelming the System and Leaving American Kids Behind 🚨

America’s Child Welfare System is at a Breaking Point

The U.S. is grappling with an influx of 700,000 unaccompanied migrant children (UAC) since 2019, overwhelming shelters, straining foster care, and diverting resources from American kids in crisis.

Let’s break down how failures like the FBI’s NGI system are making things worse—for everyone. 🧵 ⬇️

America’s Foster System & Child Welfare Programs are Under Pressure
The staggering influx of unaccompanied alien children (UAC), coupled with the failures of the FBI’s NGI system, isn’t just a crisis for migrant kids—it’s pulling resources away from American children in need.

Let’s connect the dots. ⬇️

The Numbers Tell the Story
Between 2019 and 2024, over 700,000 migrant children were placed in the care of the U.S. government.
•FY 2019: ~69,550 referrals.
•FY 2023: 118,938 referrals.
This 72% increase overwhelmed shelters, foster programs, and caseworkers.

Meanwhile, domestic foster care remains in crisis:
•Over 400,000 U.S. children are in foster care today.
•Many lack stable placements, leading to homelessness, abuse, and neglect. Facilities Are Stretched Thin
To house the influx of UACs:
•The U.S. expanded from 170 facilities in 2019 to 289 in 2024—a 70% increase.
•These facilities are often funded by federal dollars that could otherwise support programs for American kids.

🏠 Result: Fewer beds, resources, and attention for U.S. foster children who need stability and care.

Caseworkers Overloaded
Child welfare caseworkers are already overburdened. Adding UAC cases to their workload strains the system even more.
•Average caseloads for U.S. caseworkers: 24–31 children (already far above recommended limits).
•UAC cases often require intensive vetting of sponsors, slowing down support for domestic children.

📉 Impact: U.S. children face delayed placements, less oversight, and worse outcomes.

The Cost to American Communities
The cost of caring for migrant children is astronomical:
•FY 2024 UAC budget: $8.6 billion.
•Per child cost: $18,000–$30,000 annually.

Meanwhile, domestic child welfare programs remain underfunded, leaving U.S. kids without access to:
•Mental health support.
•Educational resources.
•Permanent placements.
