Just published by Sweden’s Defence Research Agency @FOIresearch: “Chinese corporate acquisitions in Sweden: a survey”. The survey has resulted in the first comprehensive and openly available compilation of Chinese corporate acquisitions in Sweden.
These are our main findings: 1/ 2/The study has identified 51 companies in Sweden in which Chinese (including Hong Kong) companies have acquired a majority ownership. In addition, the survey has identified another 14 minority acquisitions.
