I’m 49 and I feel like I’m just getting started. Can anyone else relate?
Maybe I’m just a late developer but I have learned so much in the past few years

For some reason that I can't explain I have always loved very strong tasting food
As a teenager I ate extra strong mints. There's some in the UK called Fisherman's Friends. I always had a packet in my pocket
In my twenties I became a coffee fiend, drinking very strong coffee 1/
I've always found coffee hard to quit, not because of the caffeine , but because of the bitter taste and the way that it sort of refreshes your tastebuds after a meal
I still toy with coffee, even though I managed to completely give up for about six months 2/

I haven’t been brainwashed
I’m not following an ‘influencer’
I didn’t hear about it on you tube
I *TRIED* zero carb. With an open mind
