A long thread:
It's a big day at @CookPolitical as we can now offiically announce that @amyewalter is taking over from @CharlieCookDC as Editor & Publisher. But Charlie isn't going anywhere and is still very much a part of our team as a contributor cookpolitical.com/Amy-Walter-Suc…@CookPolitical@amyewalter@CharlieCookDC I cannot thank Charlie enough for bringing me onto their team a year and a half ago, and I'm so incredibly proud to be part of such an amazing team at @CookPolitical. Charlie is one of the smartest, kindest people you will ever meet, and I owe him a huge debt of gratitude

Whenever I’ve had a terrible mental health day& I do take time off work (which is rare, I usually try to push through), I feel so incredibly guilty &like I’m letting everyone down. Simone stepped back on the biggest stage &said mental health IS physical health. That’s the GOAT.
I’m seeing *two* different therapists right now (one focused on helping Alzheimer’s caregivers) and my regular therapist and finally found a great Alzheimer’s support group (thank you @WeAreHFC & @Sethrogen!) and it’s still not enough sometimes.

A few thoughts on #TNSen from a native Tennessean: I think it's going to be close between Hagerty -- who started out as the heavy favorite thanks to Trump's endorsement -- and Sethi. This has been the most negative campaign here in TN I can ever remember
Both Sethi & Hagerty are campaigning as though they'd be a major departure from Lamar! and previous TN Sens, like Corker, Frist, Baker. But what sources in the state told me is this isn't really a natural position for either man
