JL and LSZ are the first to find the child. They are night hunting in the forests near Gusu when it happens.
One minute, energy is crackling in the air, powerful dark energy swirling past them into one concentrated area. +

LXC knowing about JC’s feelings for him and feeling bad that he won’t ever be able to return them. He goes on for years thinking “Poor JC” whenever he sees the Yunmeng Jiang sect leader. +
LWJ asks him one day why he never pursued JC. LXC gently explains that he loves JC as a friend and feels guilty that he will never be able to let JC into his heart. LWJ is confused.
“But you’re in love with him.” LWJ replies. LXC denies it. +

#Xicheng with a side of Wangxian. The twin prides hold a little competition.
It begins with WWX, because of course it does. JC and WWX were having a normal conversation when WWX spots the twin Jades and remarks on their unparalleled composure. +
“It doesn’t extend to the bedroom for my Lan Zhan unfortunately” he laments, remembering all the times Lan Zhan would keep him up all night. Then he looks slyly over at JC. +
When JL is young, The only thing that would soothe him is JC singing. However, JC had stopped practicing when his parents had implied it was a waste of time when he was younger. JC decides that he needs to practice. (He would do anything for JL) +
He gets into the habit of singing when he is alone in his rooms. Years later, he still has not broken the habit. He has taken to belting out songs in the privacy of his room. He doesn’t think much of it until LXC comments one day, “You have a beautiful voice, Wanyin.” +
