Alley Flash seems niche but could be good in niches (Bennett base atk stick, Kaeya off field Burst DMG Support maybe, new LS Supports might like it)
I have no idea where Wine and Song is useful tbh other than map sprinting Wine and Song being a type 44 base atk with ER is nice for supports who want the ER and more dmg
But Also seems to compete with fav which in my first impressions is better bc it also lowers team ER needs
Not sure if type 44 base on that support is worth less ER on the whole team

EM sands on Vape Hu Tao is better than HP in 90% of situations
I'm in that 10%
My HP sands is cracked + I already have 147 EM from subs so EM sands hits diminishing returns
But for most peeps EM sands is the play

So we finally got a consolidated MV/s Chart for Hu Tao Vape Adjusted MV/s at diff EM breakpoints based on tested Vape uptimes
Hu Tao do BIG single target numbers but numbers can vary heavily based on your input timings
She is very Skill Expressive
Credits in the notes Also Hu Tao hits VERY high EffAtk to multiply on these MV/s' due to her E slamming atk into her build
Keep in mind she has A LOT of caveats & is the hardest to maximize unit in Genshin
Depending on skill she'll be either below Diluc or above Ganyu
