He is Warren Anderson, Chairman & CEO of Union Carbide when lethal gas leaked in Bhopal on Dec 2,1984 killing 20k ppl. He was charged with culpable homicide, arrested immly & released on bail on Dec 7, 1984.He left India after signing a bond of 25k & never returned. #VizagGasLeak Anderson is believed to have taken key decisions, including a cost cutting measure that compromised safety at the plant. As the head of the company, he knew that the plant stocked toxic gas within city limits and that it could cause huge damage in case of an accident.
