1. “Not guilty” ≠ innocence. Being found not guilty by a jury means there wasn’t enough evidence to convict you, not that you didn’t do anything wrong.

I’m not surprised most people don’t understand this concept. The same ones who throw around words & phrases like “found innocent,” “exonerated,” & “cleared” are the same ones who also quote the 1st & 2nd amendments w/o a clue of what they actually mean.
