Together we are stronger.
What I do believe is that as a workforce, we can stand up together and let our voice be heard.
I am worried about a chronically underfunded & understaffed NHS.
I am worried for some of my junior colleagues! Image I see nurses who can't afford housing. I see nurses who can't afford to feed themselves and their families without working extra shifts.
I see people coming INTO work exhausted, not just at the end of their shifts.
I see patients affected by that.
