Biden's appointee to run ICE's legal division, Kerry Doyle -- who opposes ICE's mission and wants violent criminal aliens to remain in our communities, cis.org/Feere/Bidens-N… -- has updated ICE's website because she's cancelling thousands of cases. Now, instead of... (1/4) ...saying her office prosecutes cases "in the defense of ICE's authorities in federal court" the webpage says it also operates in the defense of "discretion" -- aka, non-enforcement -- a reference to her allowing 1000s of aliens to evade federal law. The green language is new:
