My thoughts on PWHL Ottawa🧵
We're 9 games into PWHL Ottawa's season and they have two wins (both in regulation, 3 losses in regulation, and 4 losses in OT) for a total of 10 points in 9 games. They are 11 points back of 1st place Minnesota, but have 2 games in-hand.
Despite their record, I honestly really like the team. I think they're pretty well coached and they've been competitive in every game with all 7 losses being one goal games. They seem to have strong leaders and good quality people on their roster, which is important too.
Kasper's had an excellent start to his D+1 SHL season playing for Rögle BK. He's consistently listed as the 2C/3C, however his impact far exceeds that of a middle 6 C. He's put up 3-7-10 in 14GP, but he's been even more impressive. Let's take a look.
