It's been quite an emotional week with the acquisition. I remember thousands of things from the 12 years we have been pushing 47 Degrees and about my professional career.

I am going to leave here some random pieces of memories 👇 I remember my first company before 47 Degrees. Well, it was more a little studio. A place where we did some backend dev with my friend @Fran__Good.

We closed Enter Web Design, Fran is now my brother-in-law, and the company he is currently working on has also been acquired. ☺️

The other day, I talked deeply with some friends about Company Culture and the tech startups' message. So, some personal thoughts about it (hold tight, it's long) 🧵 Something I read over here (sorry, I dont remember where) is a comparison between Culture and a breezy. Culture is like the wind; if it's aligned to your purpose, it makes you and your team sailing double fast; otherwise, double slow.

In a tech world each time more shaking, lately in @47deg are investing a lot of time, it's on settle down paths of growth for our people

We are not a startup, we dont have a ping-pong table, but we have a clear idea about priorities, job quality patterns, and life balance. Being honest, we have a mini ping-pong table in our San Fernando Office, but we lost the paddles a long time ago 😂
