I don't understand a few things @USAmbIsrael. In this article jpost.com/israeli-news/a…, you say re: pay to slay: the US “has not been shy about our demand to end the practice. We are working all the time on these issues... What does that mean "working... on these issues?" 1/ What "work" needs to be done. How about just saying to the PA - "end pay to slay now, or we won't support you?" It seems pretty simple to me. How about the Taylor Force Act? Is that being ignored? 2/
