A thread 🧵 1/7 We're in Germany right now. Landed Wed night, drove 2.5 hrs to our accommodation near the clinic. As the Doctor is working insane hours to help desperate families, they were still working and did a 1am house call. Like a German Mary Poppins minus the umbrella, plus mRNA 😆 2/7
