To celebrate the last episode of Fixing Rwby volume 6, let’s see the wonderfully intelligent thoughts she has on its final episode. It’s unique, creative, fun, funny! The whole cast is charming and gets good jokes in, the story of Jen and her struggles was interesting and relatable. But best of all, it feels like the show really wanted to do something different than all the other Marvel stuff we’ve gotten!

I was just casually scrolling through my Reddit homepage when I had the misfortune of one of the Rwby Reddit communities popping up. Like a fool I clicked on it cuz I was curious what they where talking about and unsurprisingly it was a bunch of people arguing about some nonsense But it made me realize something: every time there’s ever been some discourse over a character or their actions in the show, it’s always because people are trying to prove their headcanons are reality.

Funny this is Lilith Fairens’ tumblr. You know one using racial slurs happily and tried to justify it by saying she “put it in quotations so it doesn’t count”🙄. Being called out for their racism and the fact they stalk people to harass them is not worthy of “congratulations”.

I don’t give a fuck if people disagree with me. There’s literally thousands of comments, posts, blogs, vids, etc that disagree with me. I don’t care. Unlike troglodytes like Canonseeker and Lilith Fairen, I actually have the emotional stability to comprehend what an opinion is.

Hey @YouTube can your system STOP automatically turning off comments on my video?! Why give content creators the option to CHOOSE themselves when your broke system is just going to change it behind my back anyways?! My theory is because it’s “Marvel” related they’re automatically deciding “hur dur. Super heros are for babies, so comments need to be turned off.” 🙄 what a trash website with a broken system.

So Barbara made this post on Reddit to explain what happened with the virtual ticket thing, and since I’ve been discussing RT’s communication issues recently, I wanted to address this point too. First, I’m happy someone finally said SOMETHING! (1/10) Finally we’re getting some insight into what’s going on, rather than just being left asking questions in the dark. However, there are still a few eyebrow raising elements to this whole thing. First, why is it Barbara who’s finally speaking up?(2/10)

So, I was pretty disappointed to see this take over Raijin’s new vid. A vid that is very level headed and approaches the topic of toxicity in the fandom very rationally But, according to this person, merely bringing up this topic is enough to consider someone“not positive”enough. So I decided to actually take a look at this list of theirs and it instantly made me crack up. Nothing says “positivity” by starting your list off talking about how much you hate other people, right?

Can I be 100% honest? I’m not trying to be mean or hurt anybody feelings, I just want to be open about something that the RWBY community might disagree with me about. But you know what? 100% honest… I really, really, REALLY don’t like Fox x Neo. And I know there’s plenty of people who DO support the ship! That’s fine! Go ahead! Do what makes you happy! And maybe it’s just because I’ve seen near constant fanart and posts about the damn ship for what feels like over 3 months now. But… I’m sick of seeing it!

Some good news, r/Rwby have reversed the ban, and I think it’s great! Unfortunately tho, I can’t help but feel like this whole thing has only created more of a divided mentality in the FNDM. (1/5)

The comments from r/Rwbycrityxs show how hesitant they are about posting on the main sub. They rightfully feel like the mods could ban them, no matter how nice they try to be. How much sugar coating does critique really need anymore? (2/5)

Am I the only one who think this is really shitty? I’m all for banning people who harass others, but this literally lumps EVERYONE who even remotely participated in the other sub as people who do that. And it’s gross how many of the comments on this post perpetuate that idea. Like, not EVERY person who posts on r/Rwbycritics is going to attack or harass people, and not EVERY person who does harass others comes from r/Rwbycritics. The FNDM really needs to stop acting like critics are these awful evil people all the time! Just over different opinions!
