To all the people who are worried about what MJ supposed "victims" ( in truth just accusers) might feel when they see MJ's legacy be celebrated:

Well, they celebrate it themselves when they think no one is looking. I have many screencaps of social media from people close to Jordan celebrating MJ's legacy. From the step father of his siblings commenting on the Bad 25 docu that it's an "unbelievable piece of art" to a close friend of his writing "it's Human Nature to miss MJ" and a lot more.

Let me link to an article refuting MJ detractors "best evidence". I feel the need to highlight this because these are the arguments I keep seeing popping up again and again on different forums by haters or unsuspecting people who are led astray by them.

…ljacksonallegationsblog.wordpress.com/2019/05/27/add… Particularly the supposed "evidence of other males' DNA" on MJ's bed seems to have gained prominence in MJ detractor circles, which is curious because it's a piece of "evidence" not even the prosecution insisted on introducing. That part of the story is not told by these people.

Remember that in 2003 @VanityFair significantly toned down an article about Jeffrey Epstein. The original article would have reflected on the sex abuse allegations against him. These were cut out from the final article by the editor. There's an e-mail now circulating (released as a part of the Epstein files) about supposedly Bill Clinton being involved in the suppression of that article. Image

Latest desperate attempt from guilters to explain away James Safechuck's train station blunder is to cite this and claim he alleged that his abuse lasted until the age of 17. Of course, this is cherry picked and haters are gaslighting as usual. A civil complaint is divided into several parts. This is the part where they simply list the Penal Codes that would apply if this was a criminal case.

It's telling how easily the white media throws the King of Pop title at every mediocre white artist, but they have been derogatorily calling MJ "self-proclaimed" King of Pop for decades even if objectively there's no solo pop artist who even comes close to MJ in terms of success. This is why MJ felt he had to do something extraordinary to get just the same attention, opportunities and jubilation as a mediocre white artist. He had to do no less than make the best selling album of all time to get on mainstream magazine covers etc.

"What made Thriller big

I have found that when I have a deep reason, reason of anger, I really come through to prove myself like on Thriller. I hated unequality in record business. Blacks weren't able to be on MTV, the most watched show. Signs like disco sucks all over town. The crossover unequality.

Why did you cherry pick these stats? Why didn't you go for the summary which is

21 sold+streamed 31 million worldwide

Thriller sold+streamed 70 million worldwide

Any reason for the fact you omitted this? LOL. Another omittion from this tweet is the fact that the numbers to reach Platinum have been reduced in many countries since MJ's days.

I'm hearing that MJ haters are twisting and misrepresenting stories as usual. Like for example, Mark Ronson's story is now misrepresented as "MJ watching porn with kids", when in fact Ronson was talking about the complete opposite. He was talking about how he and Sean Lennon were channel surfing and went to a porn channel and no, MJ wasn't okay with them watching porn, the complete opposite is what happened: he told them to stop.

I see there's a new fallacy the media loves to throw around when it comes to MJ. They are so pressed at success like the MJ Musical and that he hasn't been canceled that they now pretend that MJ enjoys some special privilege of not being canceled compared to other celebrities. The argument, or better to say, the whining, typically goes like this one:

Producer Burt Kearns Image Of course, it's not just Kearns produced shows that work this ways, but the whole media industry. Case in point, the infamous fake "child porn" story of the National Enquirer in 2016.

In courtesy of @MJonTheBrain, an article from September 1993. This is a very interesting tidbit. First of all, I am pretty sure Evan and Ray Chandler fed this story. They kept feeding tabloids throughout the whole 1993/94 case. The way how you know it's them feeding it when they do, that it contains information only they could know about and variations of the same story then also pop up in their book in 2004.

The latest manipulation by the media is how they are trying to make everything about mysoginy. "There's only one true obstacle to controlling your own narrative in the press: being female". Yeah, ask Michael Jackson. @RollingStone Image Not to mention the hypocrisy of lumping together Britney and Dylan Farrow. Dylan Farrow is now supposedly not in control of the media narrative because some are questioning the legitimacy of judging people by one-sided documentaries? And that's mysoginy?

The reason why Safechuck had to throw in "threats and intimidation" among his claims was because during the probate court case that was a requirement to get around statutes. So all of a sudden James started claiming that MJ "threatened and intimidated him" and that's why he didn't tell, even though it was in contradiction with his "love" narratives. But he is someone who will claim just anything that's required of him to claim at any given moment.

Otherness and Power: Michael Jackson and His Media Critics is a rather short book by Susan Woodword but it does a lot to expose "progressive" hypocrisy in the media and academia.

amazon.com/Otherness-Powe… It analyzes three works:
- A 1985 book by Dave Marsh called "Trapped: Michael Jackson and the Crossover Dream"
- Maureen Orth's MJ articles in Vanity Fair
- And a 2009 book entitled The Resistible Demise of Michael Jackson, edited by British music critic Mark Fisher

The Jacksons' Destiny album turned 42 yesterday. Some of its songs are MJ's most biographical. Eg. Things I Do for You, Bless His Soul, That's What You Get (for Being Polite).

Songs like Things I Do for You remind me of the likes of Robson/Safechucks. It's sad that since a young age he had to face grifters like them.

The claim of Safechuck being employed because he danced with MJ on stage would fail at latest during summary judgement when MJ's side would present evidence that the tour had nothing to do with MJ's companies (like they already mentioned that during the first appeal). Image James clearly constructed his allegation with already lawyers by his side telling him that the story would need to be that the abuse started somehow under the companies. Thus he claimed the abuse started on the Bad Tour.

It's almost as if Wade Robson is talking about himself here. His made up fantasy of being a sex abuse "victim" allows him to escape responsibility for his failure as a family bread winner and failure in his career. BTW, Wade, unlike your act of being a "sex abuse victim", MJ's difference wasn't some kind of self-created fantasy to play victim. He objectively and provably had a very different life than most.

Wade Robson's book draft is more evidence of how he created his narratives using textbooks. This part is from a book called "Conversations with a Pedophile". He recommended it on his old website. It's that book where the pedophile in question is called Alan. Image Wade here completely cherry picks that book trying to make a connection between Alan and MJ. If you ever read that book in full you know this is complete BS.

Vince Finaldi is just as much a liar as Wade and James are. He totally misrepresents the ruling. Reality is that Young's ruling explains using several precedents why the companies didn't owe James a duty of care - the opposite of turning decades of CSA rulings on their head. I also remember when after the appeal court verdict Manly bragged about how Finaldi's genius won them the appeal. Then in recent court filings they falsely claimed they successfully challenged Judge Beckloff's ruling when in reality they just got lucky with a law change.

Guilters: "This verdict doesn't prove MJ was innocent. It's just about MJ's companies not being able to control MJ."

1) No trial is ever about proving someone innocent. That's impossible in most cases since it would be proving a negative. This is why it is the accuser who has the burden of proof in a court of law. So the verdict "not proving MJ innocent" is completely meaningless here. No verdict will ever prove someone innocent.

During his heyday in the early 2000s Wade Robson used to have a fan forum (I know...) due to his work with boybands. On that forum there was this thread where members asked a certain "John" about him. I was told this was his cousin, Jonathan (so actually "Jon") who was the admin of his website. He died since (committed suicide a few years ago due to depression).
